Yes. We reserve your room directly with the hotel through our booking partner and email you the hotel's own confirmation number.

Your card is held when you book and charged only after we've confirmed your room. If we can't confirm it, the hold is released.

Usually a few hours, and always within 12 hours on the deal page.

Yes. Prices include taxes and the hotel fees we know about. A few hotels charge local fees or a security deposit at check-in; we list these on the deal page when we know about them.

Message us with your booking reference. Refundable rates can usually be changed; non-refundable rates can't.

You enter your card on our card processor's secure page. We never see or store your card number.
