Cancellations and refunds

Every rate shows its cancellation policy on the deal page and at checkout.

Refundable rates: cancel before the deadline shown and we'll release the hold on your card, or refund you in full if you've already been charged. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and can take 5–10 business days to appear.

Non-refundable rates: these are our deepest member prices. Once your room is confirmed they can't be cancelled, changed or refunded.

If we can't secure your room, you are never charged — we release the hold and let you know right away.
