Booking terms

These terms apply when you book a hotel stay through this website.

What you're buying. We are a travel agency. When you book, we reserve the room for you with the hotel at the member rate shown, using our travel membership. Your contract for the stay itself is with the hotel, and the hotel's own rules apply during your stay.

Price. The total shown at checkout includes the room, taxes and any hotel or resort fees we know about. Some hotels charge local fees or deposits on arrival; where we know about these we list them on the deal page.

Payment. When you book, your card is authorised (held) through our card processor. We charge it once we have confirmed your room with the hotel. If we can't confirm your room within the time shown, we release the hold and tell you.

Confirmation. Your booking is confirmed only when we email you the hotel's confirmation number.

Changes and cancellations. Each rate shows its cancellation policy before you book. Non-refundable rates can't be cancelled or changed once confirmed. To cancel a refundable booking, contact us with your booking reference before the deadline shown.

Your responsibilities. Make sure names match your travel documents, and that you hold valid passports, visas and any entry requirements for your destination.

Liability. We are responsible for making the booking you asked for. We are not responsible for the hotel's services, or for events outside our control.
